This includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows and Padwork training.
TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is a revolutionary personal training method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability. You can actually do hundreds of exercises with this fantastic portable piece of equipment.
